Task

The company Nova Poshta was one of the main sponsors of the tour of the popular Ukrainian group Okean Elzy.

 

Talan Events Agency was given the task of developing a plan for non-standard activities, which were to be implemented in 8 Ukrainian cities during the first portion of the tour.

Implementation

After learning about the venues and expected number of spectators for each concert, the Talan Events team proposed a number of activities that were very clearly distinguished from those typical at such concerts. Their team developed a media installation, in which clips from previous Ocean Elza concerts were broadcast, including drone footage. Mobile stations were also developed where guests could send mementos to friends directly from the concerts. We worked on branding stadiums, over mobile photo areas, where guests could instantly take a branded photo. A 2x2 meter light display in the shape of the Nova Poshta logo was also developed. This structure was lifted 100 meters into the sky by a cargo drone at the end of the concert, and all spectators could watch the luminous logo in the sky.
