In 2019, the Ariston Ukraine team came to us and said: we want a cool loyalty program for installers who place climatic equipment in Ukrainian homes. And since then, the work is in full swing.
solution
For almost four years of work on the MyAriston project, we:
came up with a creative idea and visual concept;
developed the program mechanics;
created a website for the program and provided technical support for it;
developed and launched Viber-bot;
every year we develop new mechanics and activations, update the visual style and develop all communication materials;
launch training programs for participants;
provide logistics, hotline, Viber newsletters, gift fund.
results
In 2020, MyAriston have already become the No. 2 program in Ukraine in its segment.
Since 2019, hundreds of promotional products have been registered in the program, which turned into points and later into pleasant gifts for our members.
