Task
- At first, the task was to organize an offline exhibition in Kyiv. After the full-scale invasion began, it was decided to change the format of the exhibition to an online one;
- creating a platform for the exhibition, filling it with content.
Solution
An online campaign that will encourage people to get involved in communication support using tools such as:
- influencer marketing;
- PR support in the media (national and regional, Ukrainian and international);
- social networks.

Offline format (17.03.2022):
- development of a creative concept for the offline exhibition (interactive zones, art installations, location decoration);
- location selection;
- 3D visualization of the creative concept (installations and general atmosphere at the location);
- organization of entertainment elements for guests on the opening day of the exhibition (performance of a musical group, catering, interactive zones for guests to interact with the exhibition);
- technical support for the online broadcast on Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram. Simultaneous translation of the broadcast into English and sign language interpretation.
Online format (after 02/24/2022):
- Development of a creative concept for the online exhibition (animated presentation of works, integration of works into the customer’s brand, interactive elements of interaction between visitors and the site);
- subject artistic shooting of works, adaptation of tests and audio to the online format;
- coordination of all project processes with agama agencies.

- creation of textual content to fill the website;
- creation and promotion of Facebook posts;
- communication and placement in national, regional and international media, such as Correspondent, MMR, United States News;
- communication with influencers, such as Yulia Bevzenko, Sviatoslav Hrynchuk, and Kostyantyn Hrubych, to spread the word about the online exhibition.
