About the project
Since Winter 2014, after the annexation of Crimea and the beginning of counter-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine, an approximate of 1.4 million Ukrainians have become internally displaced persons (IDPs), scattered throughout the country. Coming from regions historically perceived as pro-Russian, they are often blamed for reluctance to defend own land, letting war fester and fleeing afterwards.
To prevent their stigmatization, promote empathy from the host communities and present online “Give or Get Help" hub the national media campaign was launched.
