Task

In 2020, the international non-profit organization IREX launched the program “SYLTA – Unity through Joint Action by Youth”. The goal was to help internally displaced youth, unite them and support them in every way possible. The project lasted for two years and yielded excellent results. So, despite the war, I wanted to organize a kind of graduation for the ambassadors of the program.

Solution

• agreeing on the concept of the event called “Orestes Award. Strong and independent”;
• Providing the location, technical equipment and specialists for the filming;
• development of visual materials and stage design;
• writing a script for the event, creating a reporting video;
• designing awards to be presented to the program participants during the event;
• creating and sending a special box with gifts to all the invitees;
• inviting Dantes to host the event and perform his author’s song “Hugs” during the event;
• inviting Mark Livin, a writer, journalist, and deputy editor-in-chief of The Village Ukraine, to conduct a master class.

Result

A heartwarming online event that was a great final chord for almost 50 program participants.
