Communication campaigns for Chemonics

PLEON Talan implemented a series of campaigns for the client.
Communications support for the Department of Social Protection of the Zaporizhzhia City Council Developed and implemented an information campaign to improve the quality of social services provided by the Department of Social Protection. Informed IDPs and residents about the available assistance options. To achieve this, we ensured promotion on Facebook and YouTube, produced videos featuring representatives of the Department of Social Protection, published an article in a regional media outlet, created posters with information about assistance, and a PDF explainer. The campaign reached over 250,000 residents of Zaporizhzhia.

Communications support for the Department of Social Protection of the Dnipro City

Council Developed and implemented an information campaign to improve the quality of social services provided by the Department of Social Protection. Informed IDPs and residents about the available assistance options and increased trust in local authorities. For this, we launched an advertising campaign on Facebook and YouTube, produced videos featuring representatives of the Department of Social Protection, published an article in a regional media outlet, created posters with information about assistance, a PDF explainer, and utilized the official resources of the Department of Social Protection (website, social media, messengers, YouTube). The campaign reached over 250,000 residents of Dnipro.

Promotion of centers for IDPs in the Zaporizhzhia region
Developed and implemented an information campaign dedicated to centers for IDPs in the Zaporizhzhia region, informing residents and IDPs about available assistance. For this, we created a project page on Facebook and a YouTube channel, launched a social media advertising campaign, developed and distributed posters and leaflets with information about assistance, ensured publications on local TV channel resources, and posted materials on the official channels of the Regional State Administration and City Council (website, social media, messengers). The campaign reached over 470,000 residents of the Zaporizhzhia region.

Promotion of the contact center in Zaporizhzhia
Developed and implemented an information campaign dedicated to the Zaporizhzhia regional contact center, informing residents and IDPs about its operations and increasing trust in local self-government bodies. For this project, we used tools such as a project page on Facebook and a YouTube channel, a social media advertising campaign, videos featuring representatives of the Regional State Administration and contact center staff, articles in regional media, posters and leaflets with information about assistance, and billboards in Zaporizhzhia. The campaign reached over 660,000 residents of Zaporizhzhia.

Emotional social advertisement to combat the spread of COVID-19

(In cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and public health centers) The campaign’s goal was to draw citizens’ attention to the dangers of COVID-19 infection and promote a responsible attitude toward personal health. The team created two emotional videos showing the dire consequences of refusing to wear masks. These videos were distributed on major national and regional TV channels across the country. The TV campaign reached over 20,000,000 people.

Support for healthcare reform in the Zaporizhzhia region provided communication support for healthcare reform in southern Ukraine (Berdiansk), increased citizens’ trust in the Ukrainian government and the reform through a media campaign supporting it on television, in regional media, and on billboards. The total campaign reach was 3,250,000 people.

Communications support for the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Implemented an information campaign to improve the quality of social, informational, and administrative services of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration. The project informed residents and IDPs about available assistance and disseminated information about training sessions for local government employees on recovery strategies and their importance to the community. The campaign reached over 1,700,000 residents of the Zaporizhzhia region.
