Task

To organize and hold an event aimed at implementing the Rinat Akhmetov Saving Lives charity program for more than 250 invited journalists, publishers and scholars.

Solutions

• Provision of services for the organization, coordination and holding of the event;
• renting the premises of the CEC “Parkovy” (parking lot, 1st floor) for holding and servicing the event;
• organization of technical support for the event, such as a white panel fence that allows guests to feel like they are in the hall, a podium and a 5×3 m screen, lighting and sound equipment, additional plasma screens, simultaneous translation and online broadcasting;
• selection and training of third parties necessary for the event, namely staff;
• production of branded products for the event: notebooks and pens, badges with lanyards, printed materials;
• organization of catering for the participants;
• organization of photo and video shooting during the event;
• providing tickets and accommodation for speakers who need it;
• organizing a car tour of the old churches of Kyiv for the invited guest, Piotr Cywinski.

Result

The event, which highlighted the issue of documenting testimonies about the events of the Russian-Ukrainian war, shaped narratives about the war and the role of the state, society, and independent institutions in this process.
